Bridal package
Wedding spray tan, Paris

Studio in Paris 9th · By appointment.

A golden, luminous glow on your wedding day, without the sun or tanning beds. The bridal package brings together everything you need to prepare your skin and find your shade: trial sessions to get it right, a final session timed for the wedding, and a glove so your skin is ready for the colour.

When I got married four years ago, I wish I'd found a service like this. My skin is very fair, somewhere between type I and type II: I'm slow to tan and quick to burn. I still dreamed of that golden glow for my wedding, and it turned into a real headache. I put this package together with the bride I was in mind.

The trials

Why three sessions

Every skin reacts differently to the same product. A trial lets me see how the colour takes on your skin and how it develops over the following days, then adjust it with you: deeper, lighter, or exactly the same.

There's no such thing as too early: four months or six months before the wedding, it's up to you. Coming early gives you time to find your shade without rushing, and to prepare your skin calmly. If you're booking later, here are the minimum timings: at least two weeks before the wedding for one trial, three weeks to a month for two.

The final session is two to three days before the big day: the colour has fully developed and has that soft, satin finish that looks so good in photos.

Valid for 12 months, the sessions can be used however suits you: two trials and the wedding day, one session for each celebration if you're planning more than one, or one for the honeymoon.

Preparation

Why the kessa glove

An even tan starts with smooth skin. Exfoliating 24 to 48 hours before your session removes dead skin cells, so the colour goes on evenly, lasts longer and fades without patches. Exfoliating also smooths the skin and brings back its radiance: a good habit to get into in the weeks before the wedding.

Between sessions, the glove removes what's left of your tan before the next one.

The big day

What about the dress?

It's the question every bride-to-be asks me. There's only a risk of marks in the few hours after your session, before your first shower. After that, the colour is in your skin and nothing can transfer. With a session two to three days before, you'll wear your dress on rinsed, moisturised skin.

FAQ

Preparing your bridal spray tan

When should I get my spray tan before the wedding?

Two to three days before. The colour has time to develop fully and blend with your skin tone, with a satin finish for the big day.

Will a spray tan stain my wedding dress?

No, not once you've had your first shower. There's only a risk of marks in the hours after your session, while the solution develops. With a session two to three days before the wedding, you'll wear your dress on rinsed skin.

How many trials should I plan before the wedding?

At least one, ideally two to fine-tune the shade. You can come as early as you like; at the latest, allow two weeks before the wedding for one trial, and three weeks to a month for two.

Can I look tanned for my wedding without going in the sun?

Yes, that's exactly what a spray tan is for: a custom shade with no UV, suited to very fair skin as much as olive or deep skin.
